Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Carriers
We primarily use USPS, UPS, and DHL for domestic and international shipments, depending on the destination and service selected.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
International Shipping
We do ship internationally. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Snatched with Luv is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. If your package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly. However, we’re happy to assist you in filing a claim.
